Welcome to the Playa Coronado Homeowner's Association (AREPLACOR)

The Coronado Homeowner's Association was established in June 1993 as a non profit, non political organization for the purpose of encouraging a spirit of cooperation and social responsibility toward our community as well as creating a mechanism and formula for security and protection within the members of the Association, to cooperate with the local authorities in matters of common interest and to promote lawfull activities that will contribute to the improvement of the community in general.

Includes the Administration Office and Security Office in Coronado and the Entrance Gate Service. The SECURITY SERVICE has personnel 24 hours a day and is operated by “Coronado Security Services”.   You can contact the chief of security, Oscar Cortez directly at 6112-4924.
